Figures as of October 22, 2026, from our property management system. This page updates automatically.
Every number comes from our property management system and refreshes automatically. Rent collected is the share of last month's rent charges (voided charges excluded) that has been paid; because payments go to the oldest balance first, arrears from earlier months are not counted against the month. Days to lease runs from the day a unit is available to the day the new tenant's lease starts, averaged over the last 90 days. Repairs as a share of rent compares this year's repair bills with this year's rent.
Work order turnaround is the median time from a work order being opened to the job being completed, across every work order completed this year: repairs, cleans, turnovers, snow and grounds work. Complaints with no work and quote-only requests are left out, and so are non-emergency jobs at one building where the owner chose a monthly repair visit. Gap-free turnover is the share of tenant changes in the last 12 months where the next tenant moved in within 30 days. Tenant retention is the share of tenancies that continued through the last 12 months. Average residential rent is today's rent roll for occupied homes and apartments; commercial leases are left out.
