We attend and present the ledger and evidence. Platinum includes up to 4 hours.

We file the order with the Sheriff if needed and get the unit ready to re-rent.
Why speed matters.
Across Ontario, the average unpaid rent owed by the time an L1 case reaches a hearing is $13,544, and the average wait for an L1 hearing is 52.4 days. Sheriff enforcement adds two weeks to three months after the order.

LTB questions
Can I evict a tenant for being late once?
No. A single late payment is not grounds on its own. Repeated late payment can be, through a separate notice. We advise on which route fits your situation.
Will you take over an LTB file that is already open?
Yes. Filing for an inherited tenant is $499 on Standard and included on Platinum.
Do you represent me at the hearing?
Yes, we attend and present the evidence. Hearing time is $79 per hour on Standard and included up to 4 hours on Platinum.
