Talk to enough rental owners and you hear the same complaints about their property managers: fees that show up on statements without warning, rent that takes weeks to arrive, and repair bills with a percentage quietly added on top.
So we rebuilt the model around those complaints. Pricing is published. Owner payments go out by the 15th of the same month. Repairs are billed as invoiced, plus a flat coordination fee. Today we manage long-term rentals from Oshawa to Belleville, north to Campbellford and down into Picton.
