Andrew Fothergill
Managing Partner
Andrew Fothergill serves as the Managing Partner of Blue Anchor Property Management, proudly supporting property owners and tenants across Quinte West. Andrew’s journey in real estate and property management began as a teenager, working hands-on at his family’s 20-unit apartment building. This early exposure to property management laid the foundation for his career. In his 20s, Andrew expanded his expertise by working in maintenance at a sprawling 250-acre campground and trailer park, honing his skills in property maintenance and tenant relations.
Eager to deepen his hands-on experience, Andrew joined the Carpenters' union, mastering scaffolding, formwork, and trim carpentry. This practical background seamlessly complemented his professional growth when he earned both his Life Insurance and Mortgage Agent licenses. These roles broadened his understanding of asset protection, financial planning, and property investment, equipping him with the tools to assist clients in safeguarding and maximizing their assets.
Property management became the perfect intersection of Andrew’s skills and passions. At Blue Anchor, he brings his diverse background, and over a decade of community-focused volunteerism, including a long-standing involvement with the Heroes' Foundation and Heroes' Camp, to create a seamless experience for landlords and tenants.
By combining his technical expertise, financial acumen, and with a genuine commitment to making a difference, Andrew is proud to elevate property management standards, delivering transparency, trust, and exceptional service to the Quinte West community.
