Move-in costs vary by property. In most cases, tenants are required to pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent prior to move-in. -
How old do I need to be to apply?
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally able to enter into a binding lease agreement. -
Who needs a cosigner?
A cosigner may be required if an applicant does not fully meet income, credit, or rental history qualifications. Cosigners must meet financial requirements and sign a guarantor agreement. -

Applications are typically submitted online. A completed application, application fee, and supporting documentation—such as proof of income and identification—are required for consideration. -
How do I pay rent?
Rent is paid through the secure online tenant portal. Depending on the property, payment options may include automatic bank transfer or other approved methods. -
