We're excited to welcome you to your new rental property. Start your stay off on the right foot by taking care of the steps outlined below.

First & Last Month's Rent

You'll need to pay the first & last month's rent to secure the lease for your rental home. Please confirm the amounts with our team in advance.

Move-in Date & Inspection

We'll schedule your move-in date and provide all initial inspection information at the lease signing.

Utilities

You'll need to place utility accounts for your rental home in your name immediately after the lease signing. Please take care of this promptly to avoid losing access to utilities inside your property.

Move-out Checklist

As you prepare to make a move, use the information below to ensure you don't overlook any important details.

Notice of Intent to Vacate

Planning to move out of your rental home? Refer to the terms and conditions outlined in your lease & please provide us with written notice of your intent to vacate the premises.

Property Condition

Before handing in the keys for your property, make sure to bring the home back to rent-ready condition.

Rental Cleaning: Start with decluttering, removing any personal items or trash from the residence. Next, dust and wipe down all surfaces, including countertops, shelves, and baseboards. Vacuum or sweep floors, and mop hard surfaces.

Clean appliances thoroughly, including the refrigerator, oven, and microwave. Don't forget to scrub the bathroom, paying special attention to the toilet, sink, and shower.

Landscaping & Outdoor Areas: If you typically address landscaping or other outdoor upkeep for your rental, including mowing the lawn, please be sure to handle this once more before moving out.

Repairs: If any damage has occurred during your stay, please make the necessary repairs. This includes replacing broken glass, changing out lightbulbs, and patching any nail or screw holes in the walls.
